Where does the sixth house robe fragments drop?

Forgotten Wastes - one of the public dungeons. Rare drops off Sixth House Member mobs and bosses.

Seems like a lower drop rate than the non-combat pet parts, in my opinion. Maybe I'm not hitting the right mobs. However, I did get one of the pieces, the Shears, off a Cliff Racer.

I have killed my share of Sixth House minions, bosses, and outside beasts...lots of good set pieces, only 2 scraps to make the robe.

The drop rate seems fair. Seems to be as rare as Ancient orc motifs from Wrothgar public dungeons but that's just an estimate. And those can drop from pretty much anything.

Yeah i now understand the word RNG and rare... i went the first time last night trying to get it, i was now, i know, lucky enough to get in 2 sessions before diner and after, of a total 1.5 hour time turning in circle, to get 6 pieces, out of those 6 only 1 dupe, i was able to trade with someone my dupe and that person had my missing part which i bought, i know today i was *** lucky for that 1.5 hour time to get it, since i went today a bit trying to get my friend the frags as a present since he'S collecting disguise, and found out after 1 hour the meaning of RNG, Rare and Luck

, i only got 1 piece, so that ended up there.

Let's revive this little thread here...

I've been farming this dungeon for three days now, after a few months of staying away from it, together with Nchuleftingth.
I'm looking for the Dwemer pet pieces and the Sixth House Robe, obviously. The pet pieces are no problem at all. Every day, on every run, a piece drops, after which I go to the Forgotten Wastes where I can easily spend one hour and get literally nothing at all ...

All I get from those Sixth House freaks is gold. Not even a health potion, some white trash gear, no, just gold.
All I get from mobs, is alcahest or some meat or some other ingredient.
But no robe pieces.

Did something change? Should I go look elsewhere for the robe piece or is it something that others have noticed too?

I've been in there a bunch leveling my character. It's good xp, plus you get the robe pieces.

After several hours, it feels like the mobs are on a timer. If I had to guess, I bet they don't drop anything but gold for a time period, similar to how bosses work. Once you pass the cool down period you have a chance for a robe piece. Because the mob groups are close together, when you grind for a while, it can feel like you get nothing but gold.

Over probably 4ish hours, across two days, I got 4 robe pieces. So they do drop, consistently. Maybe someone else has more specific details though.

Hmmm, due to my job, I can only grind that dungeon in the morning, between 8 am en 10 am, when not many people are around... so that seems weird, especially coz the other.one drops the pet piece so fast.

Anyone else some insights pls?

Well, its individual per-player timers for the bosses, at least. Meaning if you kill a boss, you won't get loot from that boss for 10min, even if they respawn. (or whatever the cool down is)

So applying that same logic, it feels the same for the mobs in there. In other words, you could be in there completely alone, and if you kill one group of mobs, get some loot, then they respawn, it might be before the cool down timer is up for getting loot from them, thus you only get gold.
