ya this is terrible, like 1 game an hour cuz the queues keep declining

Yes, the Battlegrounds queue is not functioning correctly:

1. You create a group for BG's with friends.
2. You join the queue, it pops fast and you accept. (everything as it should be)
3. The "Forming group" message appears.
4. Right after that you get the message that somebody declined and that you need to start again.
5. You get into queue again. (automatically)
6. The 8-12 time that this happens you actually get in.

Wich is annoying. You wait so much, keep being stressed pressing ready, and getting constant disappointment because you're not getting in and on top of that you can't do anything else since that message keeps poping in and out.

And please don't tell me it's because players decline. It's always the same, it happens to everybody, nobody declines. I've spoken with many other players about it.

Hot fix it assap please !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Solo queue is broken as well.
Managed to get 2 games this morning, after that there was endless queue, 1 player declining 30 times in a row, queue getting stuck for 3 hours and so on.

well that hotfix didnt work at all.................

I tried to get into battlegrounds for hours now.. in groups of 2, 3 and 4. Always ends at the "declinded" message.

There was no such bugs in beta.

damn, so its the interest for it, thats pushing the servers or somthin like that to its breaking point, I see that both as a good and a bad thing.

Yeah seems to only work in off peak times. Dunno just a monumental waste of money at this point.

I still getting loading screens off peak times and get thrown out and getting a penalty. but hey atleast we can join a bg's game!

join BG > get endless loading screen > get BG penalty on 15 min

so, basically your key feature of this expansion isn't functional at all. I can't count the amount of hours I've spent this week in the waiting queue.

Your damage control is abysmal, daily updates on your progress on getting the KEY FEATURE going is the least you could provide. I already paid, now please do your part and deliver a functional product. At least show some freaking respect to your customers and pretend do be proactive in solving the problem.

Do you even care?

Solo queuing actually worked quite well in the closed beta, but can't say I'm surprised that there are problems with it now. It will get fixed I'm certain, but history leads me to believe that it will then be working for 2 weeks until the next major update that will ruin it again

I am sorry what? I feel people are far too sympathetic of such companies. Sure I don't expect it to be working flawlessly, sure I expect there to be bugs in a newly implemented system, but I expect it to be at least somewhat functional. It was functional on PTS so why is it not now? If it's because of volume of people in the queue that is just one problem that could have been monitored if the PTS was not closed, completely ruining your sample sizes for such a system.

If a product isn't functional you don't release it. Delay it, don't ship copies of a faulty product to consumers. If they did not anticipate it fair enough, then communicate to us beyond PR.

Tell us;

What the problem is?
How they plan to resolve it?
When they expect to patch it in?

Simple forms of communication, which for the most part we've had that up until the hot fix which simply broke it further. It is frustrating for anyone who bought the early access to play BG is unable to, people are conveying their frustrations.

You are quite delusional if you think that for ZOS Battlegrounds are the key feature. The real key feature is Vvardenfell with all the quests etc. There are much more roleplayers than PvP players...

You are quite delusional assuming I'm not aware of that. In case you didn't realize, it was about delivering message and appeal... Anything to add, smart one?

At this point, I consider the early access on PC to be a public Beta Test packaged as a finished product. They released it before a major holiday weekend to stress test and iron out the last few major, game-breaking bugs before the "official" release. This was likely a last resort method to get further testing/reporting in as this game has a horrible history of failed beta tests due to unreported bugs.

I just really hope the patch on June 6th does include fixes for all these things, otherwise the game is doomed to suffer from more bad reviews. This is a pivotal release for the game and letting something like this BG bug or issues in Vvardenfell go live can be detrimental.
