The next DLC this year is likely to be clockwork city - some of the datamined Crown Store stuff mentions The Clockwork City and Sotha Sil.

Also, The dev team on ESO is the same dev team that produced Oblivion and Morrowind, and had very little hand in Skyrim.

So for definite, Clockwork City is coming followed by an Oblivion DLC/Expac possibly next year.

After that, Elsweyr or the outstanding bits of Skyrim would be nice to see. Maybe a Reach DLC?

Also, we are missing lots of Cyrodiil and Hammerfell.

Tho i doubt it. Would be difficult for the designers to do Summerset justice. Seems to be a world apart. Plus, sometimes it feels as if the Altmer only get cast (and being preceived) as the bad guys, and the punching bag to make some glorified truck driver look more impressive.

Agree. In one of the Morrowind stories Vera is sent to Summerset isle so we could be heading there next year but this year we're definitely heading to Clockwork City after the two Nord Dungeons Falkreath's Demise and Bloodroot Forge as already datamined.

We have two full Skyrim zones, adding more would just be more of the same we know how the area look after all.
Only thing more stupid would be more Bosmer zones :)

Elsweyr is on top of list, Summerset is probably second, else I would want more of the area between craglorn and gold cost
Mudmire is an high probability as much of it is done, not my favorite but better than more skyrim.

Yes we might get Skyrim areas because of popularity but people will be disappointed as it will not feel like Skyrim.
And still it was my favorite two zones in EP

Think about it: Skyrim + powerful necromancers = dragons reborn.

Or maybe some guy working with dragon bones, trying to clone dragons, to use them as war tools, but it gets out hand, so you must prevent Skyrim from being completely burned down, and Collectors edition could have a dragon mount / pet. Because they're not actual dragons, but just clones, except this one you've managed to keep under control.

Artificial dragons. Got a problem with that, lore-guards?

I see three possibilities but none of them will be next.

Skyrim will probably come out when they need a boost of players, its the easiest area to make as the terrain, maps, culture etc already exists and just would have to be remade (even if just by reusing assets). They'll save this strategically when they need more players who were big into Skyrim but haven't picked up ESO yet.

Beyond that it depends on how they work with Bethesda. *If* Summerset is the next elder scrolls game (just an example), they could coordinate with Bethesda to work on things at the same time, however for obvious reasons the releases would have to be staggered. Alternatively, if Bethesda is working on Summerset, it would be a good time to work on Elsweyr simply because they don't have to worry about making everything march to appease both sets of fans.

Either way, I think the next major zone is a long way off and we can't tell what it will be. Personally, I would want to see the Adventure Zone concept finished with alliance-specific Craglorn type zones (so add in Nibenay for EP and a new chunk of Elsweyr for AD)

I want a new daedric plane.

We have coldharbor - and thats it (other than pockets through quests)
I want an expansion to be 1-2 different daedric planes , they arent all gloomy like coldharbor, or hellish like oblivion ;; it can be as crazy as the shivering isles or w/e else.

Didn't we just save skyrim from being burned down by dragons in TES: V? And didn't we also just learn how to keep dragons under control and use them as mounts in TES: V?

Why don't we get something new instead?

DC have Wrothgar and EP have Vvardenfell, so it makes for AD to have more of their territory added. And it's always nice to explore somewhere new

Actually if we count those two (Craglorn and Hew's Bane) DC has already have the most ingame zones so far, so its time for some AD and later EP zones

I'm no expert, but much of Western Skyrim is still held by Reachmen, Daedric Cults and Hagraven Cults during this period as far as I know.

    Might make a cool setting.

Please - no more Skyrim. It would not be the same and everyone would get even more annoyed and it would be unbearable.

Would be interesting to take a look at Summerset Isles. Maormers and probably sloads can participate in a quest line, that sounds precious, don't you agree? Also Black Marsh is a good candidate for the next PvE expansion (or chapter, or DLC, if you like), but, yeah...

Would also love an expansion set in Pyandonea or Akavir, and they could call the patch, "Beyond Tamriel." That's probably 5 years or more out, but would be great to see somewhere completely different.
