Unfortunately, I can't think of any medium or heavy hoods that are maskless. For a stam toon, or a character that likes to sneak, it can make things seem silly. How do you eat, drink, or dra in blood through the mask? As far as the last thing mentioned, my vamp doesn't want to lower her hood in public, that usually ends up messy.
