Changes what CHANGES!

Morrowind is Homestead 2.0.
So nothing changed with Morrowind. I have done a ton of PVP since the patch hit and nothing has changed. Heavy armor is still going to be king, Templar is still op, and zergs are real. I have posted multiple build videos that work but also found all my old builds still work no problem. ZOS only moved sustain around in CP. Essentially nothing was touched in my opinion. Only things that changed to me this patch is what glyphs you will be putting on your jewelry. I can't understand what the changes were focused on the more I play this patch. I see more damage in CP tree and less sustain, but you can make up for that in glyphs. Where was this headed, what were they nerfing, and what was supposed to be the target? I guess all I can say is that with my idea of changes I would have had something completely different in mind. I would have focused more on class changes and nerfed CP all together. I would have left all the trees where they were at and just gave lower percentages. I think those changes would have made all the difference. Well that's my thoughts I will leave you with this video from IC and let you see for yourself that nothing has changed!

    flamish dribble sry

HS didn't they fix perma blocking DK's tanks or OP leaps (granted they have nothing against a cleansing class without that ult) or Sorc shield stacking. So I guess I agree, nothing changed, dps still want everyone to fall over without counter.

You'd notice in PvE. Its not just a simple fix because this was a big hit. It wasn't just CP changes but cost increases, armor decreases, etc. You name it and if it had anything to do with resources, it took a hit. PvP is so different from PvE.
