As per patch notes there's still no changes to fix the absolute garbage that is Cyrodiil (I don't mean it's bad but rather the connection is absolutely terrible). Came back from my hiatus because of the same issue i.e. Cyrodiil and PvP just being terrible. Literally saw a fight pop up on the map decided to go near it and not even being near the fight but just being able to see it caused a 10 frame feel. It felt as if someone drew my character multiple times and flipped the pages (trying to provide visualization of what I'm stating) slowly.

I get into a fight against 3 maxed characters and I knew I could take them almost killed two but because cloak and fear are the most OP thing when it comes to having a lag storm present, that pretty much killed me. Any hard CC for that matter is OP when Lag reaches its height, it's disgusting that this problem has persisted for what I believe to be 2 years.
Everything has been pointed to the "We're working on it", "It's not the silver bullet yet",etc but these types of updates are spaced out to the point you only hear them once every blue moon on an ESO live when i feel this should be a weekly if not monthly update to show that there's something being done.

I'm not hating on Brian wheeler in fact out of all ZOS employees he's got to be my favorite; when I heard him talk about PvP issues in an ESO Live, it actually seemed like he gave a damn so I've got mad respect for him. I just want this lag thing to subside if not be a(n) lesser impact than it already is.


With Morrowind we received significant (In my opinion poorly if not terrible 'balancing') 'balancing' that was not in anyway slowly introduced through PTS phases but beside my gripe with the way its done.
Why hasn't soft CC spam been addressed yet? I only play DK and I can say it's annoying being on the receiving end and it's clearly OP being the person doing it (Yes I have both Stam and Mag DK). I fought a small group to see if I can take them for fun and unfortunately I died but the main issue was me trying to get out of the sorcerer encase soft cc or w/e its called. I was literally just spammed upon while the others got in my face. I've made a thread addressing the soft CC spam issue but yet it has not been addressed. Soft CC Spam is not skill and I'm sure with Morrowind there will be less chances to do it due to the massive cuts in sustain but this issue still needs to be looked at.

I have not played morrowind on live because well I do not intend to buy it so I will try it when the update comes out; with that said I cannot accurate state if soft cc spam will be an issue due to resource problems but nevertheless I believe it needs to be looked in to.
