Warden Health Desynch Bug, PLEASE FIX!!!

Ah what would a new patch be without bugs 
Here is a health desynch bug revolving around the warden dive ability, simply weapon swap cancel your dive to desynch your targets health.
I hope that this bug gets fixed ASAP so lets generate some attention around it so it's fixed by June 6th!
