Blazing Shield CP?
I wanted to tweak my PvE Blazing Shield (Max health) tank after the last batch of Nerfs.
I need to know what CP's affect Blazing Shield, I know that Bastion does and I have it maxed but I was told that Elemental Expert does not? What is the damage type of Blazing Shield, is it Direct damage etc.? I was thinking of going Resto staff and more Heavy attacks for sustain so are Staff Heavies Direct damage as well?
Any info in appreciated, thanks.

Gan Xing✭✭✭✭If Bastion is the one that increases your damage shield, i'd go with that. I also suggest the CP that increases health regen, Magicka regen, Block cost reduction, and the Direct damage. play around with what you have leftGan Xing - Crafting Nightblade

Master at arms, elemental expert, and elfborn affect Blazing Shields outgoing damage. Bastion affects it also because it's making the shield bigger. Other things that affect it's damage aside from having more hp are minor/major berserk, twin blade and blunt passive in the dual wield and the heavy weapons passive in the 2handed tree.
And the resto heavy is a channel?
