Can you inv your freinds or guild members, when you you own a house ? and can they go and come as they please ?

Yes, while in your house, go to the housing editor and you can allow friends and guild members to your house. You can allow them to decorate also (they cannot add or remove things, but they can re-position items).
Note that people can only visit the house you have set as primary by selecting you from their friend's list or guild roster. I believe if you are in one of your other houses, they can visit that house by choosing travel to player rather than visit house.
Edit: To clarify, yes, they can visit your primary house at any time regardless of whether you are online or not.Edited by JasonSilverSpring on May 28, 2017 1:55AM0 -
