What ability annoys you the most and why?

There are probably going to be two different answer types depending on if you play PvE or PvP. Either way, I would like to read your responses, separating PvE & PvP.
For me;
PvP
- The CC from NPC's, it keeps happening back to back. Really annoying.
- Enemies going stealth right in front of you (This is a learn to play issue for me, I know. Just annoying af).
PvE
- The Templar ability that stabs over and over (I forgot the name, sorry). I love the Templar, but that ability just looks silly to me in action.
- The new Warden bear ult, it's too loud.
I am sure there are more abilities that annoy me, but that is what I can think of off the top of my head at the moment. I am interested in what you all think.
For me;
PvP

Every one of their overused overpowered overrated spells.Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.12 -
poochie✭✭✭How Shadowy Disguise isn't 100% for player but a npc can go "hide" without having to cast it multiple times to get it to stick.3 -

Wolfenbelle✭✭✭✭✭The ability of ZOS to wield their nerf hammer way, way too hard on everything, along with the ability of players to complain to ZOS and ask for someone else's build to be nerfed because they can't beat that build.

The Bull Netch sees it prey and has (what it thinks) is a good plan. Leap in the air and pounce, landing on top of you, the prey.
Not a bad plan in itself but the problem is, it's thought process shuts off as soon as its feet leave the ground. As such, it is unable to form a contingency plan whilst still in mid flight.
None of my Chars relish getting green bile all over them. Their solution is.
Zap Bull Netch with a ranged attack. Immediately dodge-roll backwards - put up shields if necessary. The Netch will land at the spot where it thought you were standing allowing you to get the next couple of blows in, which is enought to finish it off.

ofSunhold✭✭✭✭✭Receiving end? Binding javelin. I don't like being knocked back, and I don't like being stunned, and it does both.
Also the version of eclipse that NPCs in Cyrodiil are still using. Bit much, and they spam it like it's going out of style.

✭✭✭✭✭Used to be crystal frags, having such a strong damage cc is crazy. But now it's definitely used less, and the most annoying skill would be cliff racer. A non dodgeable/blcokable spam ability? Gtfo.2 -
