Change Log AddOn?

After updating the game to MW, I now have an addon listed called 'Change Log' that says it's out of date. I can't find it anywhere on my system and it's not in my AddOns folder. Anyone know what it is?

    Addons register themselves via a .txt file in their folder. One of your installed addon has a changelog.txt in their folder and the game thinks that is another addon.
