First, is there a recipe in game that gives max health, health recovery and magicka recovery?
Second, are there craftable or buyable planters for houses, so we can have plants inside houses?
I know you can just put a plant in your house, but having the plant sitting there by itself makes it look like it doesn't belong there.

Im not sure if there are planters ingame, but i made my own, but there is a blue vase there that might suit your needs.....

✭✭✭✭✭For provisioning food/drink, the closest you can get is the Orzoga's Smoked Bear Hunch ... which is increase max health, health recovery, magicka recovery, and stam recovery.
