Can't get new dailies form Morrowind (RESOLVED)

Yesterday I ran my main through the steps needed to get the dailies in Vivic and Ashlander. I ran one run of dailies in each place yesterday. Today I can get the ashlander dailies but not the Vivic ones, even if someone shares them to me. I'm going to fill out a bug report but does anyone have any suggestions?

    Unlikely but could they be on strict 24 hours timer starting with completion rather than "resets at X time every day"? In that case it'd be possible that if you did Vivec quests later than Ashlander ones, they simply haven't reset for you yet.

    Dailies have the same reset time as all other dailies. Fill out a bug report, probably the best option

    I haven't been able to get the ones in Vivec since the first time I picked them up. Just got the Ashlanders yesterday so we'll see if that's working. I'm pretty sure a daily would be available three days later but maybe not. Does he not show the symbol on the map or something?
