I got the hunting bow and persuaded that woman to get the arrows, now when i kill wabbits they dont count0 -

You are equipping that bow, right? Then, you talk to the Argonian again to 'start' the competition, it is timed... you have to complete killing the rabbits within a short period of time.
UPDATE: Just noticed another thread on this same quest people talking about it being 'bugged' or that there are too many players around to be able to kill the rabbits. ✭✭✭✭Best way to bring it to devs' attention is to use the in-game bug report feature - on pc that is type /bug into the chat box, I don't know what it is on consoles, but it should be part of the help/support menu. (Just mentioning it in case you didn't already do that
