For a couple weeks now, I've noticed how in some dungeons, weapon swapping seems to have a two second cooldown. The dungeon seems random. But it's happening right now to me in vet Wayrest I.
What's up with that? It is really effing annoying having to double-check on what bar I am, because the game screws up. I have also checked my controller, same on different controller.

✭✭✭Certainly seems to happen in lag spikes (Cyrodiil).
But it also happens to me with nothing around. It seems to be more tied to the dungeon I'm in.0 -

Hey, sorry to tag you two lovely ladies here, but this is game-breaking. Being punished with a two-second-cooldown every time I swap bars makes some things impossible.
This NEEDS fixing. Maybe reducing the global weapon swap cooldown could work?0 -

I figured it out.
It is probably a variation of the old "destro lag". As such, reloading your UI with the "/reloadui" command does fix it - temporarily.
Not that anyone would care...
