Cheap alternative. Fire up 2 different characters (if you have more than 1) and do the quest that nets you this as a reward:

It's a precise Spriggan's dagger, so not exactly what you were looking for, but it is definitely worth considering over spending that much gold on weapons that could get replaced. Also, more crit isn't a bad trade-off. You can just add a little more CP into armor penetration.

✭✭✭✭✭* First of all: No, don´t buy them, they´re not worth 3 million. On PC-EU they cost around 300k-ish.
* 2nd: Never use use precise spriggan daggers, there´s a much better option if you´re after the extra physical penetration for Soloplay.
- Spriggan gives you 4k physical penetration (goldvalue). With 2 Sharp daggers we hit 9k physical penetration using the spriggan set. With 2 precise daggers we only get 4k.
- If using Nigth mother´s gaze (NMG, craftable) by using 2 Sharp daggers + 3 body we get around 7k physical penetration. So if you´re after physical penetration, go NMG with 2 sharpened daggers instead of using precise Spriggan (it´s just ***)
The issue in your case is that you can´t use 2 crafted sets (NMG+Hundings doesn´t work)
My suggestion in your case: Get 3 spriggan jewels (Purple preferably) + 2 spriggan bodyparts. Then use 3 hundings on body and go with 2 Sharp Hundings daggers on your frontbar. Much cheaper option.1 -

I don't think you'll do well in heavy in pvp now. Morrowind killed heavy. 5 medium 2heavy or 5/1/1. Sucks but zos murdered heavy armror with that insane constitution nerf. I still can't get over it. 42% nerf on anything will render it useless.1 -
