Venting accumulated frustration

1. Why the hell is there a cool-down on upgrading your mount? Seriously, running around in Cyrodiil with a mount that has +47% riding speed, being chased by a ganker with +60%, getting knocked off my mount and stunned for 5 minutes because I didn't even get the chance to upgrade the mount's staminad piJH#E{A)TSIFHCnzpdoijfmp ***. Has no one at Zenimax thought this one through at all? As if Cyrodiil wasn't frustrating enough for new players to get into; you make them slow as all hell so they can't keep up with anyone.

2. Research is the same song and dance, although I can accept that as you can pay someone to craft for you.

3. Why the hell would you offer someone the chance to buy a vamp/werewolf bite for 1000 crowns? If you're gonna scam new players, do it more subtly.

4. Queue. Just queues in general.

5. With a low server pop; Alliance Wars are boring beyond belief. With a high server pop; the game crashes every 5 minutes.

6. I love using Critical Rush, or whatever gap closer, and not move a single inch whilst my character stupidly hold their weapon above their head. That is, if I do not get warped underneath the map.

7. ARE MY DIZZYING SWINGS HITTING OR NAH?!

8. 'Oh great they healed again, and again ... and again ... oh great I got two-shot by the same healing tanky damage dealer.'

9. Why do champion points even exist...

10. 'You want this set for PvP but don't want to play PvE? Well, too bad, because you need to farm a dungeon for ages until you get it.'

11. The process of gitting gud in PvP: (1) Finally get to the action (2) get deleted by a barrage of ultimates.

12. 'You want Soul Strike on your 6th alt? Better do the story-line again suckah!'

13. 'You want Dawnbreaker on your 6th alt? Better farm zombies again suckah!'

14. 'You want to upgrade your mount on your 6th alt? Better--' actually, I refuse to finish that sentence.

15. Finally finding some action and getting hit by a loading screen harder than any ultimate will ever hit you.

16. Cost poison.

17. Having to go into the settings to turn off accidental stealing.

I can't go on ... knees weak ...arms are heavy ...
... heavy ... heavy armor ... oh god why ...

welcome to the RPG portion of mmorpg. Each character has to lvl their own skill, i have done so 8 times. all master craft, horses maxed out and no i dont play often i just hop on feed the horse on all characters set my research and log off. as for lvling fighters guild its not that hard, khanarthis roost was my lvling location at the temple of undead. As for vamp and ww in crown store, i am happy about that because well. why the HELL would i pay some greedy person 5-15k for a bite? IF you can find one then have to do the quest? i rather pay the 1k crowns that i got from being a sub and going from there.

Meh, some points are genuine. Upgrading mounts, for example, is unnecessarily tedious. Other things, I joke about, of course.

Jircris, I'm not a monk, and frankly do not want upgrading my mount on all alts to weigh on my conscience whilst trying to enjoy the game. Counter-arguing by mention of supposed RPG elements is ... well, it is not a fun RPG element. It does not feel good to progress the 6th mount you have - it is a chore.

Well the good news is you can buy horse upgrades and research timer scrolls from the crown store!

I know where you're coming from on this one, since I use Toppling Charge. It's been broken probably the longest of all the charges, but at least we never got the map-warp bug. Last patch it was mostly ok, now with Morrowind I get stuck in animation a lot again.

While I appreciate the frustration the OP is asking to jump past all the time and efforts that others who have gone before have put in. I cant support that. I have leveled 8 mounts and it takes time. At least now one can buy upgrades through the crown store for speed, stamina and capacity and hurry the evolution along, if it is that important to them.

To the point of "being two-shotted" by another PvP player -- I personally believe that with all the battle-leveling and buffs in Cryodill if you are in a 1v1 fight with another and get insta-thumped, that person is probably running macros' or cheat engine. You should be able to get a hit or two in first.
