Ranged hard CC that does damage and procs Mountain's Blessing. Was used by sorcs until it was turned into a stamina skill. Now... yeah, this one might be the least used.

Can't think of anyone with an ounce of brains that would slot that in PvP...like ever.
I can confirm ... Ironically I never used that skill. however I one up you and say nightblades other fear morph. Manifestation of fear... never seen it being used..THE CAVELRY HAS ARRIVED! Cav is a professional magblade, (in his not so professional opinion). He is immortal and is fighting for the Pact since 2E 572, amidst the turmoil of the Second Akaviri Invasion. He protects the provinces of Skyrim, Morrowind and Black Marsh.

But I used it in PvP one day to be a jerk along with wall of elements in 2 keeps. I think it caused ppl to rage quit

Yes. It's a really good. Hey attack this guy for a healer.

You might be thinking of Oblivion's Foe. I tried to adopt it once, but I was disappointed to find it doesn't affect the Ultimate skill. So that was that.Giraffon - Beta Lizard - For the Pact!0 -
