Bow heavy atk speed bugged?

Been testing bow heavy somewhat, and it seems that when you first charge your heavy atk, if you want the stamina return you have to wait a whole 0.2 or some seconds at the end before it releases, but if you hold heavy atk continuosuly it fires much faster on the second, third and all the atks after that. Is it only me or is there something fishy going on here? Try it and you will see.

Yes the heavy attack ends much quicker on consecutive heavy attacks. 's wierd
