Y'all artists make it look like a whole new game! Really stunning stuff, I tell you what. I'm especially impressed at the blending of old themes from TES3, like the weird stylistic religious banners and the new take on the statue of Vivek murdering a giant shalk! Those were some absolutely iconic pieces for me back in the day and their re-imagining/preserving of key aesthetic themes is truly remarkable!!

As someone who appreciates the alien flora and fauna of Morrowind, it's nice to have it in an arguably lush place, too. Stonefalls is cool, but I like the distinct lack of fire-and-brimstone climes on the lower half of the island.
AND THE MUSIC. @SoundMaster you (and your team?) outdid yourself on this one. The new boss combat theme, the ambiance with the strings, general reshuffling of music in the vanilla zones - still haven't heard The Road Most Traveled yet, but I only got to spend like an hour on the island last night, so I might find it later. ...please tell me I'll find it. I promised you cookies.
Overall, I'm really impressed with how pretty and aesthetically pleasing it is. It was clearly a labor of love.

Honestly, what the hell, I'm starting to feel there's people with a dark agenda here. While I understand players being upset about combat changes, when they try to bring you down because you are enjoying the expansion it gets... obscure lol.
Anyway I agree with OP.

In which I have to agree, like I suggested previously. Morrowind really does have lovely tracts of land.

you owe me cookies
The first feedback I sent on PTS was to say what an awesome job the art department did. Exceptional work. And the story is engaging; I was actually listening to the dialog and waiting for all the NPCs to to their scene.
My only beef is with how overblown neon the Warden effects are, but I guess that's a personal taste thing. I don't like the Dro'Mathra Senche either.
I play with music off but all the gushing about the music... I might have to turn it on for a while.

LOL, that's alright - I'm just glad you dig it.
Besides, there's an enormous (but now nearly empty) tin of homemade cookies on my desk right now, courtesy of the audio programmer. The thought of *more* cookies has me turning green a little bit...
