Game is crashing on load screens

ok for about a week i have encountered the game crashing every time i enter any load screen. Everything was working perfectly. I renewed my eso plus membership from the PlayStation store. This is when the trouble started. I contacted PlayStation support used safe mode and reset my PS4. deleted all files online and off. Re downloaded the game did this twice. Contacted my service provider to check ports. All is fine. The issue i am experiencing is the same as a few months ago when everyone crashed traveling to major city wayshrines and load screens. So since this started after purchasing ESo plus i had PlayStation remove the membership. Nothing changed still crashes. Please help

@RicksB : When a game crashes during loading screens, it is unlikely to result from an error in the game client software running on your computer, or the game host software on the megaserver. So, you should re-post your OP here in the appropriate part of the Customer Support section according to the platform on which you play the game.

The problem is most likely whether the game client can obtain and maintain a connection via the Internet to the game host "megaserver" system run by Bethesda.net. If any error message(s) are displayed during the event, then you need to take screenshots or other notes, such as the Error Number, to share with the staff. You can also use the SUPPORT hyperlink in the banner of this forum to access and search the Knowledge Base for a solution, and/or to send an e-mail request for help in resolving this issue.

1. all of my characters. either loading the characters from character selection screen / traveling or going through a load screen in game.

2. regular game start / north America server

3. Arris router. 20 mbps I even enabaled DMZ to see if that helped. it did not/ contacted service provider had a Tech check ports

5. NO error msg in right hand corner. however the error msg after crash sometimes will change.These are all the ones i have seen so far : (these are either from character selection screen trying to enter the server or when traveling through a load screen)
a. check to make sure you have a valid internet connection
b. you have been booted from server
c. this account is already logged in
d. server is unavailable at this time
e. trying to withdraw from craft bag or bank sometimes brings up an in-game error box dialog then the game freezes. Or the item will disappear. gold, items and mats. A few times i couldn't withdraw from craftbag or my bank.
f. also after loading half on the npcs are in the ground, only see frames of whole buildings.
(after several attempts i CAN get the characters to load onto the server)
(i have NO issues starting the game or getting to my character selection screen)

5. no other connection issues . I can play the 4 other PS4 games i have online without any issue at all.

6. dances-in-yellow-snow

So i had my wife make an ESO account with her email on her PSN account on my PS4. Her account worked flawlessly. No crashes on her account at all. She could travel, go into load screens no issues. Re logged into my account and tried to travel and the game crashed.

Sometimes (very few times) if i travel to a wayshrine outside of town IT WILL load. I have searched the forums and left a plea for help in the bug reports. The closet problem listed ive found in the forums is a few months ago people were crashing when traveling to a major city or trying to load from the character selection screen. I have the digital copy that includes all DLC maps that came with 5500 crowns. I have bought ESO plus before with no issues. The issues only started after repurchasing ESO plus from the PlayStore.
Also people are putting this in text chat to freeze every ones game |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
it causes every ones game on that instance to freeze for 5-10 secs. i do have screenshots of them doing this.

@RicksB : Are you just trolling this section of the forum? Please read my first reply and act accordingly. No one can do anything about your situation except ZOS. And the ZOS personnel who might be able to help you are not reading posts about bugs in the software. They only deal with your issues in the Customer Support section that corresponds to the platform on which you are playing the game. Get a clue before the staff gives you a rap on the knuckles.

Well since Customer Support are the ones who told me to post my issue here, for advice from other gamers, I guess it wouldn't be trolling. Since youve posted twice with no insight on the issue. I dont know if your just bossy or trolling.
