Also thanks for the summary of the video, I really hate threads where it's "I've things to say, but if you watch my video" I want to skip past the rambling bad parts when taking something in, videos make that hard.

Actually, you can.
Make a hybrid, sure your DPS would drop slightly but your sustain is going to be better as you would have both resources to pull off your offensive and defensive rotations.

I cannot stress this enough. Players should at least make one of their characters a hybrid. You will not be disappointed.

Thx for the summary of the TO's points in a brief overview in the above posts.

As I see it now it was a good idea to not watch a 20 min video where a newcomer hits just those points which aren't a major issue for the most players (including me) at all.

ESO has some issues (to name a few: performance in PvP, severe game changes to CP system and sustain, loot system and RNG) - in fact every MMO has - , but the TO succeeded to avoid the real ones completely and to stay off topic.

The freedom in playing the game is not universal if you take effectivity as a measure (oh wonder), but where else am I able to play all 3 roles with any magicka class by just doing a gear swap in Dressing Room ?

Seems to me that if the daily character deletion limit is a problem, perhaps use the PTS to design the character first, then create a facsimile on live?
