Seriously, I remember I been seeing a lot of them in the game, and suddenly they all disappear. Think it got something to do with low amount of new players.
I hear there's a full moon this week. Might see more then.

Brother to a betrayed legion, son to a fallen empire. And I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next." ---Julius Decimus Heraclius (Imperial Templar)
ran into a few ww's in cyrodiil the other day - they kind of sucked...fortunately for them we were fighting right next too their outpost so they just kept respawning - and, then dying again...
I enjoy playing ww in pvp, but, it's very situational, and each of my characters whom use it wear at least 5 heavy...
with everyone using poisons these days - it's a challenge playing ww in cyro...

Because werewolves suck now. My main is a werewolf, but there's no point in actually transforming anymore since my dps in and out of ww form is basically the same, if not worse when in ww form.

Beware the battle cattle, but don't *fear* the battle cattle!
With the skill cost and weak self healing that heal was a nice idea. But it cost a lot is magic based so you can only cost it a few times and it's not that strong as most WW have near base magic.
High skill points cost low pay out.

Most people THINK that werewolf sucks so they don't play it... The biggest reason why it "sucks" is because they can't play it... And that is the reason why there are so few werewolves. Made a guild to try bring all werewolf players together but haven't had much luck for now xD
Anyways I would suggest werewolf to anyone with a stamina based build because it is so much fun to play
I adore werewolves, and I am one, but for a recent build, I needed the skill points. By not investing into WW, I regained 18 points to use again. Now I got something the works and I like to master this for a while. The next skill points I'll get I will spend on finishing up the crafting skills, and with whatever's left, I might re-try WW.
But for now, I transform for fun or when having to run around alot where mounting slows me down because I have to get off to regularly (eg, raw material farming). The 15% stam recovery for having it slotted is a little extra that helps me with that
WW abilities are heavy on resources. With the changes to CP and increases to all stam costs, WW is just too stamina hungry to have fun/be effective without a specific recovery or hit and run build
I ran into one in The Rift a few months back while questing on my Khajiit NB. Got the disease but didn't follow trough with the quest because I was skill point starved and still am. I will need to get a few more until I will be able to fill that skill tree.

WW is strong for tanking. When the boss gets pissed just push the joy button and take a few swipes at him until he wrecks you and wipes the group

I have a WW, and used to keep the transformation in my ultimate spot, but then, I got flawless dawnbreaker, so, no more WW. Stamina builds go off weapon damage, and flawless assists way more than being able to transform, or the stam recovery of slotting WW =/ Seriously, they need to think of something, because the line is not worth it, the benefits aren't always on like vampire (which it should be!), etc. Really, they should redo the passives and make WW an always on thing, even if not transformed.
Still having fun with my WW Warden. Saves having "Bumble the Wandering Inattentive Bear" slotted because half the time it never even shows up when I'm fighting things! It just seems to mooch off whenever it feels like it.
My main NB is a werewolf. And the other day while winning 29 duels consecutively in mournehold on my level 46 MagDK, a werewolf challenged me to a duel and broke my winning streak. A one shot too.
