New Memento? Looks like a Sun? Need help identifying.

I'm on xbox one eu server and ive noticed a lot of people using what seems to be a new memento. You levitate and emit sun light while holding a glowing sun and moon. I'm asking people but they are being annoying and awkward and not telling me what the item is. Don't suppose anyone else can tell me what it is?

✭✭✭That is Azura's memento. Before Morrowind early access (a week or two ago) ZOS added a Morrowind teaser quest in the game. I believe it is any inn in the game should have a new NPC with quest marker above the head, which starts you on the quest and your eventual reward is the memento.
Not sure if the quest is still available. I went into the inn in Wayrest and the NPC was in a room on the second floor.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭If the hook NPC vanishes, just head to the inn wayrest, go up to the second floor, far room on the right. Inside there's a character named Rhea, you can start the actual quest from her. The NPC you're trying to talk to will just direct you there anyway.0 -
