Maelstrom Bow Enchantment bugged

Short version: The charge from the Maelstrom Bow Enchantment is running out way much too fast while being on the bow bar. In addition you hear that thundering Sound every tick.

Keras✭✭Having this problem as well on Xbox EU and in every situation (so not bound on certain locations).
While Endless Hail is running, the thundering sound occurs more than once a second (probably indeed every 0,5sec. tick) and seems to consume an enchant load every time. I'm not sure if it's just because of staying in the bow bar, but it's definitely happening while doing "charge abilities" afterwards, as in fully charged heavy attacks or reviving right after firing Endless Hail.
I have tons of soul gems, therefore the bow isn't useless for me. But while in Maelstrom, I have to recharge it 3 times, while my two daggers have just lost half their load. It's a massive waste of soul gems.0 -
