Question: Magicka recovery from heavy attacks is based on what?

What is magicka recovery from heavy attacks based on? I saw that at one point, it was 10% of max magicka. Is that still true? Does the damage done from heavy attacks influence the amount of magicka recovered (not counting extra damage from a higher max magicka pool of course). I was wondering if a set like the Elegant Set (+20% to light and heavy attacks) would influence the amount of magicka recovered from heavy attacks. Thanks in advance for any help!

Flat value based on level influenced by: Tenacity (Lady tree), Cycle of Life (if resto staff) and Rapid Mending (if you wear 5 Heavy)

Thanks very much for the help! Much appreciated.

I was thinking after I posted this that it couldn't be too damage-related because otherwise those crazy high damage heavy attack builds (mag dk etc) would have insane magicka recovery. But it is great to have that cleared up.

I play a templar and mainly do pvp and have switched back to 5H 2L and my backbar is a resto staff, so I guess I am getting about as much magicka recovery as possible from my heavy attacks. Since magicka recovery from heavy attacks is an important part of this build, maybe I will stick with the Elegant set 20% bonus to heavy and light attacks.

    Thanks again.
