Maelkashishi public dungeon not showing where it should be

Maelkashishi is not where it should be on the map. Is it not in game yet? Or is it unlocked only through a quest? That would be odd cause no other public dungeon needs unlocked. Hoping someone from ZOS can answer this.

Like most Daedric ruins, it's needed for the Daedric Ruins achievement but doesn't have an interior.
Yeah the ruins are there but it is supposed to be a public dungeon. Data mining even showed the mobs and drops for the zone. It has at least been worked on. Just not sure why it isn't in game. t=There is also a door there currently blocked by a fallen stone.- Dallamar, Sorc, EP
