Battlegrounds STILL broken GF

When i read the message about todays hotfix, i was sceptical, since it ONLY mentioned group problems.

Does ZOS even know that BG's are impossible to queue for even as a single player, STILL after todays hotfix?

Right now i am queuing all i can, but just like yesterday, i am stuck in an endless loop of "Someone declined the inviation". And then you can sit in queu for anything up to an hour, to get another group, but getting the same friggin message.

Come on?!!

Yesterday, I had to spam the que button and wait through several attempts for the matchmaker to take us all the way into the BG, but I was able to play many successful BGs in spite of that. They were 3/3/3, 4/4/3, 4/4/4 mostly. A couple of the full matches I played were some of the best BGs I've played since the PTS started. Very close matches with teams that played well together, super fun.

There was one time when I got kicked to an infinite loading screen immediately after entering, and got hit with the deserter penalty when I finally force quit the game and came back. That wasn't fun, but it doesn't seem to be a consistent problem.

I queued for five yesterday and they were all fairly quick, popped within 2-3 minutes

I was watching twitch and asked the USA players, they said they are having no problems. So I guess that's promising.

Basically they made it so you could queue, but not in a group > can queue in group, but not get in. More or less... I mean I'm still getting into battlegrounds in a group of 2, 3 and 4, but it takes about 30-50min before the queue works and doesn't go into the loop of doom.

This is the equivalent of trying to fix a broken leg by shooting yourself in the arm, or something... Basically their hotfix achieved nothing. Such a shame too, since this is about the only enjoyable endgame content left.

Im unable to queue either..... its been hours and not a single BG.... this sucks....stuck in the someone declined your invitation... and on the neverending queue list.

Battlegrounds are a nice idea... but it doesnt work for me ...

Maybe there's just not a lot of people queuing up . That would make for longer wait times .

The problem is not lack of people queueing or an overflow, but rather something fundamentally wrong with the queue system getting stuck in a loop. Because of this issue, it takes between 30-50min to get into a battleground, as opposed to prior to the hotfix where you could get in immediately, but just couldn't queue with a group. Somewhere inbetween fixing the grouping issue they broke everything else.

Youre all acting as if any other outcome was likely. Are you new here? Of course there were going to be issues, what did you expect for 40 U.S.?

Its going to cost you at least 2-3 times more than that next time if you want a DLC release to work as intended on release. Thats gaming in 2017, what was the last title you played that had DLC at release that was issue free?

Do you guys read patch notes or hotfix notes. It clearly said the hotfix was to fix the whole "You or member of group does not have dlc". They said they would get to the other problems on patch next week.

I've experienced problems aswell (EU Mega server)
I queued alone, with a group of 2, 3 and 4 players. I've been patient and stayed in the queue for quite a very long time (30 min +) before to give up.
I tried on peak time, and later in the night arround midnight (CET)

I'm not mad or anything, but Group Finder for a feature like battlegrounds are very important; If the majority of players can not queue because of a bug, whatever it may be, will discourage a lot of players. Personaly I'm not going to try for a while to avoid frustration

What is a comment like this supposed to achieve? All you are doing is excusing bullsh*t behaviour from people who have shown a tendency to be generally very bad at their job, I mean when they "hotfixed" this issue they made it worse. If they are having trouble fixing enough things, then maybe they should hire more / better people, since they clearly have the money to spend considering they had an ad on the superbowl. Excusing poor behaviour is just inviting more..
