How bad was the Redguard nerf?
Are Redguards still the best race for stam pvp???
Has any one race changed to Orc or Bosmer and liked/regreted it?

I have 11 vet characters and deciding on a race for a 12th is not easy.
Redguard was by far the best pvp race before, and I am just wondering if anyone on live has any insight on the balance now.
Bosmer's 20% regen could work great with bone pirate. But how important is regen vs cost reduction now? Maybe redgaurd with higher max stats in a VO build would perform better.Edited by KingYogi415 on May 25, 2017 12:16AM0 -

✭✭✭✭Redguards are still extremely good for melee stam builds (PVP and PVE), because they still have the best sustain out of all stam races in melee situations. They have the highest max stamina (tied with Imperials) and second-highest stamina regen (tied with Khajii), plus the still-noticeable Adrenaline Rush (which is not awful after the nerf, just not overtuned like before).
That said, other races are also excellent choices, as the Redguard advantage is now not so enormous as to render other races' advantages too small. Imperials' extra health is nothing to sneeze at in PVP or in trials, and Orc and Khajiit have been strong for quite some time. Bosmer will continue to be an excellent choice for stamblades.
Nords are still not the min-max choice for anything at all, except perhaps health-recovery builds and whatever the heck goes on in the Riften tavern.7-day PVP campaign regular 2016-2019, Flawless Conqueror. No I don't PvP on a regular basis but I have done my fare share of PvP
I'm fully aware that each race gets racial changes now on a regular basis so while the Redguard can be the good choice in some builds, it was never the best race for all stamina builds....maybe based on how you choose to play depending upon the class and gear.
Amount of veteran characters doesn't mean anything as I had 8 veterans, with a few above vet 11 in those old system pre CP with a main VR16.....guess what. Redguard Templar
It's always come down to how you play, gear and other choices as well as who you're playing with for PvP and things change really fast out there.
