Here's how to raise cp

First what not to do is ruin everyone's lives by making all their effort mean nothing


What they need is an upgrade system, something we need to put in effort to get, but not cost an arm and a leg like the first time

There can be a balance so people are not having no need of any new gear and grinding and needing to grind

EDIT: no I don't actually want them to raise it, we've grinded plenty

Secondly it's vague because there is so many ways to do it, one way is "item" that's obtained through undaunted pledges, PvP, key story things, ect and it takes so many "item to boost an items CP level

I'm just posting this so in case they are set to raise it, there unfortunately was a post earlyer sounding like they planned to, I just don't want to get screwed over

    Once you reach CP 160 you no longer need to search for higher level gear, just viable set gear. Set gear is on you.

    And of course you need gear, that's the whole point of playing the game.

    Your thread title suggests your post would have some kind of substance to it. You offered no actual resolution to what you perceive as a problem.

    and they needn't bother doing it at all, until they introduce a crafting system mechanism to "re-level" gear (increase, lower, etc.). Plenty of MMOs before this had similar systems.

    The champion system needs to be scaled way way down and just slowly levels up based on how you play. I play in stealth alot, well my sneak cost passive gets increased by 0.05%(example%) while i gain exp (per champion point gain or something). I use DoTs a lot for exmaple, well my dot passive goes up and such.

    You should be rewarded by how you play and doing what you like to do. Then the notorious players who always play the same build will have exponentially better % value in the passives they use compared to players who flip flop characters and builds all the time.

    You should be rewarded for staying with your craft/playstyle and sticking to it. This is how you mold a piece of clay into something great over time, which is what makes progression fun.
