Enchanting and Alchemy Stations and Fountain

So I bought these and here's the problem. The enchanting station doesn't glow and hum, the alchemy station doesn't glow and bubble, and the fountain doesn't fount. The stations otherwise work so this is atmosphere, but that's basically why I bought them. Are others having this problem?
