So using your Mcdonalds analogy, would you be happy if you went to McDonalds and ordered the big mac combo with fries and drink, paid full price for the combo, then were told, sorry the drink machine is busted.
Here is an empty cup, come back in a couple weeks when we fix the drink machine and you can get a drink then. Oh and the Frying machine is broken too. Come back later for your fries. But here is your big mac for now.
That is what Morrowwind is like. We were sold an expac and told there would be battlegrounds included. Which was one of reasons we had to pay full price for the expac. They have had months to test them and should not have launched broken.

I'd like them to move a bit faster than three years on this one.

To top it all off they launched early.. lol.
PVP population is almost always the smallest aspect of an MMO. So now realize that not everyone who plays has access to Morrowind so the pvp pop is smaller yet. New content means alot of folks are probably questing and hunting. Your Q times are long because of the smaller amount of folks who are doing BGs. There's nothing ZOS can do to fix that.
