No Vvardenfell Unknown Regional Bags in Cyrodiil?

Was it intentional to not include Vvwardenfell boxes on the Regional Equipment Vendors in Cyrodiil? I saved up a lot of AP in anticipation of being able to purchase some boxes to get some gear that I wanted... very disappointed.

    I would guess it is.

    They probably don't want people blowing all their saved AP on new sets like always.

    They really should add it if you have the expansion - or add another vendor that DLC/Xpack bags. PvP players like to be rewarded too.
