Does winterborn drop in impen?

I would love to use this in PvP and not have to farm for jewelry - I have never gotten impen gear in this set when I have run vma.
And to edit, is there any way we can get this in impen? I know it used to be sold at the vendor but those days are gone. I'll buy any impen winterborn pieces folks still have.

✭That's what I thought. Now I have to weigh the merits of running vma ad nauseum for jewelry or and a vma frost staff or just saying screw it and wearing 5x winterborn on my body that are divines/infused.
