Pet overnerfed or bugged?

This is not a sorc cry post, just to assure you. Pet got 20% nerf in the tick damage and thats fine. Makes 20k tick out of my 25k tick. It needed the nerf. However I dont get anywhere near this number. All I get is max of 13k CRIT! With daedric pray up. My bf gets 14k crit max. There is certainly something wrong. Either the nerf was not 20% as we were told or its a bug and the pet actually does not get more damage out of daedric pray.

Magicka sorcerer from start until the end. Always. Through the good times and the bad, even now when its probably saddest PvE dps it has ever been.
Even as an owner of one radiant apex mounts I am against radiant apex mounts and anything thats not obtainable by direct purchase.

Krileon✭✭✭✭You're not the only one that has noticed. I feels like my pet hits like a wet noodle now. We're back to before the pet was even buffed. In addition to that the pets don't heal when out of combat anymore (I hope this is just a bug). I focused entirely on pets and my ticks would total around 28k without daedric pray. Now they barely hit 18-19k. Seams like there's more than a 20% nerf or something is bugged. The damage will go down even more after I adjust glyphs to account for the sustain problems.
Can ZOS just stop nerfing fun? Maybe.. I don't know.. buff the crappy abilities/classes instead? Sigh...0 -
Queo✭✭✭I was thinking something else in the pet sorc also got nerferd, which may add to this math... other wise the pet got hit with a what 48% nerf, not 20% as promised.
Seeing how my, farming is a pet sorc, and my wife is debating to make a pet sorc/healer or temp healer, im curious now what going on.1 -
WatchYourSixx✭✭✭✭Remember, even with CP distributed, everyone lost 10% on elemental expert... If you spend more points into thaum you should see a higher increase on pet ability, but I doubt anyone can get to where they used to be.
Ex. My DK went from pulling 37K dps to pulling 31K dps on a training dummy. None of my abilities were nerfed, and only spellweave was nerfed by 50~ spell power. So yeah, they lowered the ceiling.The only thing to fear is, fear itself. - FDR

I figured as much, but feels that they are double dipping with pets. After all you only dropped 6k dmg, the pet dropped 12k. Maybe, maybe not with all things scaled...
Still curious if this is indeed intended, or if math is just being a ***...0 -

LOL this is why ZOS should not push changes straight to live without testing. Dev team is too "special" to consider that other factors may contribute and multiply nerfs when doing massive balance changes. Predicted they would mess it up, no surprise really

I agree this game is lacking proper testing prior to updates but the Pets are still in a good position right now. They can still pull 30k+ DPS. The nerf seems about right.0 -

pet dont benefit from thaumaturge , no pet gets benefis from that or from the other cp thone that incease dmg of fire lightning skills
