"your weapon damage and spell damage both become the highest of the two values"
does that mean I should put half attributes in magicka and half in stam? I want to beat VMA but I play primarily as a magic healer templar......
I don't want to use all my resources to make this build and its wrong..........anyone help?

If your goal is to beat vMA on a magplar, pelinals is not the way to go. It's pretty much a PvP trick set.

Seems like it would be the opposite.... put all your stats into one of them (to maximize that type of damage), and then the Pelinal power would make the other type of damage just as high. Doing 50/50 Mag/Sta would be wasting it.
At least, that's how it reads.

It says weapon and spell power, not magicka or stamina. So maxing one stat would not relate in a similar pool for the other stat. You'd need to max your weapon or spell power instead.

Boosting a magicka or stam attribute will have no effect on the bonus of this set which only applies to weapon and spell damage.
