Morag-Tong Style bugged?

Hi,

i try to apply Morag-Tong Style to my crafted equipment, but there is no option to apply this Style, Imperial Style is missing too.

I have complete crafted Gear. The only item i can apply this style is my Heal staff and some random trash dops from my inventory.

is this stuff bugged?

Ah found the issue, i locked my equipment and that also blocks Style conversion -.-

Also I believe monster sets can't be converted too

Monster set, and some quest rewards can't be.
