Is heavy armor still PvP meta

D0ntevenL1ft✭✭✭✭✭Some people said sustain is too hard for heavy armour and damage isn't high enough , others say medium armour is too squishy. I guess it's up to the individual to see what they like.

What I have seen on (blobs,alcast etc.) streams is that heavy armor is meta for battlegrounds!2
