Reading up on Widowmaker set and the 5pc gives:
When your alchemical poison fires, deal 7740 Poison Damage to all enemies within 5 meters of you.
What is alchemical poison? Is it when you coat your weps with a poison and it procs?

Smaxx✭✭✭✭✭Correct. It's a poison equipped next to your weapon that's applied on hits. It doesn't have to be crafted using Alchemy, it can also be dropped or store bought.0
