I assume everyone got this but was I mistaken or is that elf drunk or something? He think he's in Vulkal Guard unless I misunderstood him. And this story does seem to take place during the Planemeld since my warden has heard of the anchors twice.

✭✭✭✭✭I think this was their badly-implemented way to make sure you get the invitation quests to join the guild.
