10-49 and CP.
I can only join so many teams full of levels 10 or cp 50's who contribute nothing to the match. There needs to be a learning BG queue to go into. Not trying to be rude or mean, it's just a fact.

Or a "I don't PvP ever and suck" queue. Seriously, I think how many wins you get, or medals or something should be taken into account. So that more experienced BG players fight against other experienced players.
I'm on the other side of the fence as you OP, I would be that teammate that contributed very little, and it's not fun for me either having no chance.
I really enjoy battlegrounds, but being thrown into matches I have no chance of competing in isn't super fun.

Yeah it's not a good learning environment. I've had a few people leave my BG's because "it was too intense" and such like that.

As much as cp doesn't matter in those they do show who has played more .

Account wide ranking based on criteria such as win/loss ratio and kill/death ratio.
Premades against pugs, massive gear gaps, no ranking system or separation of casual/ranked matches, a system that makes the strong (well geared) stronger and therefore the weak (undergeared) comparatively even weaker: I've seen these same mistakes in so many mmos, and ESO has particularly large gear gaps. Why is GW/GW2 the only mmos that even try in terms of BGS?

PvP? on XBox EU? yeeeah, good luck with that. You'll sit there queuing for like 30 mins, no-one will join, and you'll quit out.
PvP has almost completely died on XBox EU. The server itself only has any real life in it at peak times, aside from that, you can wander around tamriel and see maybe only the odd person here and there.
