In the beta if you do the morrowind tutorial on a new character, you are granted a skillpoint at the end of it and after they leave vvardenfell they can do the wailing prison for another skillpoint as well. Existing characters cannot do the morrowind tutorial so are locked out of a skillpoint. So perfectionists would have to create a new character in morrowind so they are not locked out of one skillpoint. This was a problem in beta and I'm not sure if this is how it is in live.


I know someone will say this is a non issue and there is enough skill points in the game... i have 327 skill points with 10 unspent but I don't like being locked out of something I have no control over and prevents me from earning all the skill points in the game
