Why do we not receive the horse when others did !!!!!

It may seem trivial to some of you, but the fact that as a paying customer, I expect promised products, especially when other I know received their collector's edition items and others (such as myself) did not.

i bought the physical collectors edition.

You should of gave it to every one that bought it or not at all, pretty simple.

This whole thing has been handled so badly,

If you bought the physical edition end entered the code, that code is temporary until you receive the actual physical edition and enter the code that comes with it.

Edit: and that is pretty much standard. Exactly how they handled it when the game originally released. Again, this is if you bought the physical edition. The rest of us should not have to wait.

Did any of you read the post? He already bought the physical collectors edition. In fact, I know other people who bought the digital collectors edition that didn't get the horse, but others like me did. Jonny's right, either give it to all, or wait till June 6th to give out the rewards.

Did you buy the version that advertised the horse or the one that did not? If you bought the version that cam with the mount and didn't get it just put in a ticket. If you bought the version that does not include the mount and are whining anyway, LOL

The product page on Amazon clearly states that it "contains everything included in the Digital Collector's Edition." This morning when I logged on I received my maps, the dog pet, but like the OP I did not receive the Dwemer armored horse - and others in the game this morning did not, either.

As @Mitrenga said, submit a ticket. They will send you the horse. I think.

Edit: Never mind, see @Warrilad response. Funny though, I receive a mail as soo as I logged in with my maps and items.

The armored horse is part of the Collector's Edition specifically, not the Discovery Pack. Those that pre-ordered the Digital Collector's get their collectors items.

I think every one has miss understood this post , i get why i have not got it ,
the post is just letting zos know that the way they have done this is bad and wrong
It should of been handled better
