Every state has different laws on returns, and The Federal Government has a "Cool Off Rule" giving buyers 3 days to cancel purchases of 25 dollars or more that are made in your home, in hotels, etc, etc.....(purchasing online via a computer probably counts as a purchase in your home, ask an attorney if its that important to you i honestly don't know)
I am no lawyer, but this is what I was told a few years back by someone at the FTC when i asked them about return polices when disputing charges with Amazon a few years ago(It ended up not being necessary as Amazon refunded my money without issue)

By today's standards tes3 is bad. But back then it was one of the best. It had little to no hand holding unlike skyrim. I love all theatre games and each has a strength and weakness. Tes3 paved the way for tes3 on consoles so yea.IGN: Ki'rah
