I have decided on my Mag warden being Dunmer just because of Morrowind, even if its not best choice over High elf. but deciding Stam is more difficult. what are you folks picking and why?

So there's only one answer: Bosmer.

ANY health return is beneficial... even minor... plus, when you have a skill that does damage based upon MAX HEALTH, Imperials give a 12% increase to Max Health. Also, IMO, any increase to health increases survivability and means you have to rely less upon other defensive abilities.
Wood elf. Why? Let me break it down a little.
Y'ffre's Endurance - Increases Stamina Recovery by 21%: This is the highest recovery increase available to a race in the game. The sustain you will have from this is massive. This will make you 2k stam recovery turn to 2.4k and 1.8k turn to 2.1k, etc. It's powerful this patch because of the redguard nerf, making Wood Elf the next best thing.
Resist Affliction - Increases your Max Stamina by 6% and Poison and Disease Resistance by 1485: Decent stam pool and gives us a little bit of resistance. This isn't a very strong ability but at least it gives some stamina, thus upping sustain / damage a decent amount.
Stealthy - Increases damage done while in Stealth by 10%: Another useful ability for wood elves, but a little redundant for stam wardens. You can strike from stealth and deal quite a bit of extra damage, yet seeing how the Warden will operate, it's difficult to say that this skill will be useful. If you can time an opener in stealth with this passive, you can see a decent amount of extra damage just from choosing Bosmer.
By far, the stam recovery passive is the most useful passive. You can run with insane recovery in battlegrounds, and we all know sustain will be king this patch. I would highly suggest it, especially if you don't know what to run quite yet.

21% of 0 is still 0 though and its useless on tank cause dont recover while blocking
Redguard seems best choice
imperial /orc close 2nd

No.
