You will get to play the other zones as per I believe, with a new NPC story trigger which will take you into the original tutorial and start the main quest.

No, the wailing prison has a new quest in your Alliance starter city if you decide to start in Morrowind ... which is a quest pickup.

When you set down on the mainland, you're approached by an NPC, who will offer a quest. Taking it will get you jumped, and murdered. At which point you'll wake up in The Wailing Prison.

I feel like I don't have to do it now, thanks to the massive spoilers - thanks a bunch :/

Well, if it makes you feel better, I haven't done it yet. My wardens never made it off of Vvardenfell. (Or at least, if I did take them off, I don't remember encountering the quest.)

For what it's worth, the version of the new tutorial accessable to existing characters is significantly different from the version you'll experience rolling up a new character. (Again, I didn't try running it on an existing character, so... *shrugs* no spoilers here about that.)
