Don't waste magicka on heals. If you're a Templar, don't spam Breath of life unless people need it. If you heal when nobody needs it, it's just a waste. Also, while not healing, use support abilities and heavy attack to restore magicka.

    For DDs;

You have second bar. If you are a stamina build, it is good to have a bow on the back bar and start with a bow aoe. This will increase your DPS. Caltrops is also another added value.

So it is like: Endless hail + caltrops / switch to main bar

Damage dealers, unless you have some innovative idea you can support or don't have the passive in destro staff. Otherwise don't use frost staff . Dont' taunt the boss or we will kick you with no regrets

P.S maybe some use to solo, melee (adds not boss), wardens

Healers you can be any class , but looks up a leveling build or ask for some advice. If nothing else start with healing springs and regeneration and go from there

Tanks , face the boss away from the squishes or everyone else but you. You need to get a taunt skill so pick sword and board first before that greatsword. (punture, aggro fire, frost staff, clannfer (untested))

stay out of red circles on the ground, dont stand where tank stands and don't stand behind the healer because they have a hard time healing and buffing you if you are too far away.

    Oh
and don't attack boss first unless you are a tank. And don't use frost staff.
No light bow spamming attacks please...please just don't.
Don't pull mob away from the others

And no rushing through the dungeons, don't act like you would die if you can't finish that normal dungeon in 5 minutes.
Wait until the others are ready to attack and don't play the hero.

    For everyone.

Do not be afraid to ask questions.

Expect to make a few mistakes. In other words expect to die while learning the ropes.

Everyone needs to be aware of things like heavy attacks special attacks.

Know how to block and bash. These are not special skills and can keep you from being dead.

Learning how to move is also a good thing..do not stand in red... do stand in healing, buffs and so on.

Use Healing Spring a lot. (spam it) Will make your part that much easier. Also, instantly drop every group that is going aggro on you. Or wait until they are in a boss fight/large pull and then drop them.

I am just waiting for stamina werewolf warden healers... this will interesting. Note though right now you do have to pick magicka moprhs of other four classes to heal effectively. Also agreed you can have a bosmer healer like me or @SantieClaws khajitt like best cat on the forums!

When healer moves behind you, don't bounce about from side to side, don't try to stay behind healer. When a healer is directly behind you, they're in control of things and it's likely you're about to be given a buff. Don't fret, bask in the honour of being their current focus and say hello to better performance!

In general, a resto staff healer will throw up ground AOE's where they expect you to be standing. They might scatter them over a red area when they anticipate that people will temporarily be inside of them, and more likely half in/half out of red areas. That means they're trying to save you as you exit the area, not that you should stand inside it.

When healer is spamming some AOE healing spell on one particular area, get inside it. There are some bosses that will have periods of insane damage output (usually towards the end of an encounter) and the healer can only keep everyone alive if they're standing next to one another. This is the one situation in which you can stand in red stuff. If you all wipe, then absolutely blame the healer for indicating you should be standing there. A frequent scenario is that DPS run off somewhere and wipe, and healer/tank are left standing next to the boss and have to finish the encounter between them. This is usually the cause of missing out on that "No deaths" achievement for a dungeon.

It's not always clear where areas of healing are (dungeons suffer from an overload of fancy graphical effects). If you're in doubt of where to stand at certain times, ask.

Don't queue for vet dungeons if you're not actually a DPS. Lots of people select DPS as meaning "I don't tank or heal", which it doesn't. It means "I do loads of yummy damage". I'm not going to advise not queueing below certain vet levels because I've breezed through dungeons with low level vet DPSs and struggled with v600 DPSs (or v630 after today, I'd imagine). You'll be scaled up anyway. However, I will say that some dungeons (the DLC ones) can be impossible with two low level veteran DPSs. Depending. If you get into one of those as a low-level veteran, you'll mostly be being carried. That's why you get insta-kicked (whether such kicks are necessary or fair, I won't speculate on).

    Tanks
When someone fires off an ultimate, don't drag mobs/bosses elsewhere.

Keep bosses facing away from group where possible.

If you don't know what a taunt is, you're not a tank. It takes 30 seconds to learn what a taunt is, so learn. Congratulations, you're a step closer to being a tank.

    Healers
    You're awesome.

    Everyone
When there's a boss mechanic whereby every appears to get their own red circle that follows them around, scatter! Stacking these individual red circles on top of one another doubles, triples or quadruples the amount of damage you'll take. Individually, you'll have a good chance of surviving and healer should save you if you struggle to. That's if you don't scatter out of range, of course.

You can see which party members you're in range of by keeping an eye on the group health bars. Any party member who's greyed-out/has alpha transparency isn't currently in range of you. If that's the healer, you're out of range of their automatically targetted skills and maybe their ground/area targetted skilled too (if you're far enough). Try to stay in range of healer.

Don't expend time/resources on resurrecting somewhere who's determined to die at every opportunity. You're already having to do things as a three-person group, don't reduce that to two.

Prioritise resurrection of Tank/Healer over DPS. You'll quickly learn which after a death or two - some tanks are awesome survivors and getting them up again ASAP can buy precious time to get everyone else up. Some tanks really, really need a healer with them to survive - get healer up ASAP. A healer should be able to keep themself alive for a respectable amount of time (sometimes indefinitely, depending on encounter).

Worship the healer. Occasionally a blood sacrifice will be required. It's an honour, truly.

I advise especially if you are a new player is to learn how to play in a very chaotic situation with lots of adds and survive. So before you cue up for a dungeon go practice in the public dungeons and the group world bosses. The ones in the Gold Coast are good because they are quite a bit like a real dungeon. Also if you can Find one to solo go solo a dolmen. Again get used to the chaos.

Don't pug, what ever you do don't pug.
Find a group of people you can stand to be around and run dungeons that way, because if you pug you will deal with the mutant offspring of LoL and call of duty players.

It would probably be to Press <F1>, and read through the Combat Section. Most importantly; learn how to read the queues (and not from any addon, but from the enemy themselves) regarding when to block, interrupt, dodge, move-out-of-red, etc etc.

It doesn't matter your role in battle, at some point in time you'll need to know how to do all of these things. And the further you progress in the game the more important it becomes to identify and react to these combat mechanics.

If you can be anything, be kind.
