Any drain magicka and stamina poisons with any other effect I can add? I know there's the dmg magicka and stamina but what about drain?
Playing on PS4 NA server and current characters are CP 750

MaselClass RepresentativeBy doing so you're also making your Drain Magicka effect last shorter.
This. You can get 5.5 seconds on it. Adding in another effect reduces that time (and therefore the resource return) by a lot.PC EU
