@lardvader you should be able to - just might be a little delay today with all the go live stuff but should get you in earlier than 2 June at leastPAWS (Positively Against Wrip-off Stuff) - Say No to Crown Crates!1 -

Yep there's article about how to fill the forms on the official website, the early access is for all PC/Mac platform.
