Elegant: Light and heavy attack damage increased by 20.0%.
Stygian: While you are Sneaking or invisible, your Spell Damage and Max Magicka is increased by 20%.
Might of the Guild Passive: (Procced my magelight) Casting a Mages Guild ability grants Empower, increasing the damage of your next attack by 20% as long as it's activated within 5 seconds.
Full Divine/Shadow Mundu (18% Crit damage) CP: Crit damage 25% /Elemental damage 25%, G_G

For what 25 ultimate? ( may be wrong on that) youre doing the same damage as the entire four seconds of a souls assault...for 25 ultimate, thats spammable and instant cast?

Because it's a one-trick pony build. All the footage is cherry-picked and situational ganking.
Overload is one of the easiest counterable ultimates in the game, and is extremely clunky. If you apply reliable pressure, the sorc will not be able to heal ward in time.
I'm not impressed with the video tbh. I can land 20k+ overloads consistently.... while completely visible... and focused by multiple people in a true 1vX. It is more satisfying to visibly gank people then try and play a sorc like a poor-mans onslaught NB with far less efficiency. Just my opinion tho. Edited by Lord_Hev on May 20, 2017 2:56AM5 -

Pretty much this, a sorc overload ganker is hampered by not having a way to return to cloak (the worst defensive CD in the game ever!!) to hide and fire again.
Anyone competent still alive after the gank is just going to kill you, because you're stuck with a sub par slow ultimate on your main bar, and no way to benefit from your primary set (Stygian).
Overload is blockable, dodgeable, and most importantly reflectable.

✭Dark flare is worse to use that overload as far as slower speed, lower damage, blockable, dodgeable, reflectable. Tell me how against competant players i can still manage to get the kill with this as my main spammable? Lol you act like you cant run a 1vX build out of stealth with this. Sure it has counters but you are going to get a good hit off here and there. The only time i had 1v1 with my DF spam was against a stam sorc heavy armor rolly polly who managed to unload ultimate and bleeds/ other dots on me time and time again but in order for him to do that he had to dodge roll five times or so in a row, or block just to not get hit. But i still hit him and *** when i hit him with purifying light, unstable core, dark flare and javy, folloed with a soul assault...he would die...
This build is OP. #nerfoverload. XD0 -
