20% extra wont make overload crit for 30k. Only explanation must be that it counts a stamina attack for sneak bonus purposes.

Wut the *** did i just watch. You daggon sorcs can do that with overload? Why arent more players running this? I dont understand...
For what 25 ultimate? ( may be wrong on that) youre doing the same damage as the entire four seconds of a souls assault...for 25 ultimate, thats spammable and instant cast?
WHY IS THIS NOT MORE POPULAR?

Because it's a one-trick pony build. All the footage is cherry-picked and situational ganking.
Overload is one of the easiest counterable ultimates in the game, and is extremely clunky. If you apply reliable pressure, the sorc will not be able to heal ward in time.
I'm not impressed with the video tbh. I can land 20k+ overloads consistently.... while completely visible... and focused by multiple people in a true 1vX. It is more satisfying to visibly gank people then try and play a sorc like a poor-mans onslaught NB with far less efficiency. Just my opinion tho.
